BettrData override checker for VS Code

1. Install VS Code desktop, JDK 17, and the Scala (Metals) extension (scalameta.metals).
2. Copy the support-provided transform-io.jar into lib/.
3. Open this folder (the one containing build.sbt) in VS Code.
4. Open src/main/scala/OverrideCheck.scala and accept Metals: Import build.
5. Save the file and inspect View > Problems.

This example uses Scala 2.12.18; confirm the version with support for YOUR JAR.
Some releases need additional companion JARs. A loose JAR does not automatically
resolve its provided/transitive dependencies. Ask support for the matching editor
classpath if a referenced class is missing. Do not mix Scala binary versions.

The sample has been compiler-checked against a local Transform-io 6.0.0 build on
JDK 11 with Scala 2.12.18. VS Code and JDK 17 have not been exercised here.
Local compilation does not run a BettrData conversion. Copy only the anonymous
new RuntimeOverride { ... } expression into the BettrData Runtime Override
editor, with a leading newline. Omit this file's imports, object, and val wrapper.
Use the appropriate Reduce Override editor for new ReduceOverride { ... }.

Optional command-line check, if sbt is installed: sbt compile
